Corporate matching gift programs allow companies to financially match charitable contributions made by their employees and, in some cases, retirees or spouses.
If your employer offers a matching gift benefit, they may contribute an additional donation to the Lompoc Hospital District Foundation after you make your personal gift.
It's one of the easiest ways to increase the impact of your generosity—at no additional cost to you.
How It Works
Making a matching gift is often a simple process:
- Make your donation to the Lompoc Hospital District Foundation.
- Check with your employer's Human Resources department or employee benefits portal to determine whether they offer a matching gift program.
- Complete your employer's matching gift request, either online or by submitting the required form.
- We'll verify your donation and complete any documentation required by your employer.
Once approved, your employer sends the matching contribution directly to the Foundation, increasing the impact of your original gift.
