Free community health presentations featuring LVMC physicians and specialists — every spring and fall.

The Foundation's Community Education & Public Relations Committee organizes a series of free health lectures for the Lompoc Valley community. Presented by LVMC physicians, nurses, and clinical specialists, these lectures cover timely health topics — from cardiovascular health and cancer prevention to managing chronic conditions and navigating the healthcare system. No appointment necessary. Just show up.

The Senior Expo brings together local service providers, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to help older adults and their families navigate the resources available in the Lompoc Valley. Attendees can connect with vendors, ask questions of healthcare providers, and discover programs that can help them remain healthy, active, and independent.

Caregiving is one of the most demanding and important roles a person can take on — and too often, caregivers do it without adequate information or support.
