Heather Woolsey serves as the Senior Director of Marketing & Philanthropy for Lompoc Valley Medical Center and the Lompoc Hospital District Foundation. In her role, she leads the organization's philanthropic initiatives, fundraising efforts, community engagement programs, marketing strategies, and strategic partnerships that support the medical center's mission and long-term growth.

Heather works closely with donors, community leaders, businesses, foundations, healthcare professionals, and volunteers to advance initiatives that strengthen local healthcare and expand resources available to patients and families throughout the Lompoc Valley. She oversees Foundation development activities, fundraising events, grants, community education programs, donor relations, and organizational marketing efforts.
