Kristina Grasser serves as the Volunteer and Marketing Coordinator for Lompoc Valley Medical Center, where she supports community engagement initiatives, oversees the Adult and Teen Volunteer Programs and contributes to marketing and outreach efforts that strengthen connections between the medical center and the community it serves.

With more than 21 years of experience representing LVMC, Kristina brings a passion for building relationships, planning meaningful events and fostering a positive workplace culture. Her background combines volunteer coordination, community outreach, marketing support and employee engagement, with a focus on creating positive experiences that make people feel welcomed, valued and connected.

Kristina is known for her energetic and approachable leadership style, strong organizational skills and creative approach to communication. She enjoys collaborating on initiatives that enhance community awareness, support organizational goals, and bring people together in meaningful ways. Prior to joining the Marketing team, Kristina spent 20 years working in the hospital’s Health Information Management department. She is dedicated in her current role to strengthening relationships among volunteers, employees and community members while advancing the mission of Lompoc Valley Medical Center.
