2024 - $1,000,000

Lompoc Health – Village Center Campaign
Cornerstone gift toward the $3 million campaign goal for the new outpatient facility in Vandenberg Village.

2024 - $100,000

Comprehensive Care Center Transportation Van
Funded a new vehicle for the Comprehensive Care Center, expanding patient mobility and access to care.

2023 - $100,000

Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Equipment
Supported advanced rehabilitation equipment for LVMC, Lompoc Health – North H Center, and the Comprehensive Care Center.

Capital Campaigns & Landmark Investments


2005–2010

$4 Million New LVMC Hospital Campaign
Foundation-led capital campaign funded the land purchase, equipment, furnishings, and critical infrastructure for the new Lompoc Valley Medical Center.

Measure E Support
The Foundation helped advance the $74.5 million bond measure and provided funding for essential needs not covered by bond proceeds.

1990s

First Capital Campaign
Supported emergency department expansion, patient room renovations, new hospital beds, and other critical capital improvements at Lompoc Hospital.

1990

Foundation Established by Alice Milligan
Created the first philanthropic organization dedicated to supporting the Lompoc Healthcare District and advancing local healthcare services.
