Peter Masado serves as the Director of Development for the Lompoc Hospital District Foundation, where he helps strengthen philanthropy in support of Lompoc Valley Medical Center and expanded healthcare access across the Lompoc Valley. In his role, Peter supports donor engagement, grant development, sponsorships, fundraising events, employee giving, and community partnerships that connect generosity to meaningful local impact.

Before joining the Foundation, Peter worked with InterVarsity USA as a program manager and fundraiser, supporting local college students in their leadership development, program planning, event coordination, and community engagement. His background brings together fundraising, storytelling, relationship-building, and a deep commitment to helping communities thrive.

Peter is passionate about building meaningful partnerships and inviting donors, businesses, employees, and community members to be part of strengthening local healthcare access and quality.
